You may return an item for refund or replacement if you are not completely satisfied. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. A credit will be issued and will appear on your credit card billing statement. All refunds can only be issued to the credit card used to purchase the product. A different credit card can not be used. Our Shipping Guarantee!   We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product (excluding shipping charges). If your shipment is lost during transport (before you've had a chance to sign the receiving document), we will re-send your order free of charge.    That is our shipping guarantee to you! All of our packages are sent in corrugated brown boxes via FedEx Delivery depending on the shipping method chosen can take between 1 - 7 business days within the USA. Orders to P.O. boxes are not accepted. A street address is necessary. A valid email address is required to receive an order confirmation and tracking number.
